Selection process: Interviews typically range from one – three rounds and the typical selection process is:

- Graduate recruiters and business teams will review your
résumé

- Successful candidates will be contacted for a first-round telephone or face-to-face interview

- Selected candidates will be invited for face-to-face interviews with senior members of the business team (they will fly to meet you in your nearest city)

- Offers will then be extended to successful candidates.


Please note some businesses also use online testing and assessment centers such as group interviews and case studies as part of the selection process.

7. How much do you pay graduates?

Do your research. Really understand the business of J.P. Morgan, and the business division you are applying to. There is a lot of information available to you - utilize this so you present well when you interact with us. Search our website and other finance related sites. Follow the financial markets. Use your network. You need to make the right choice in terms of what business within the bank is right for you. This will depend on your academic performance and the sort of work you enjoy doing. You will have the best chance of entering this industry if you know yourself, and what business you will most likely succeed in.
